Fleetwood mac the dance rhiannon

Fleetwood mac the dance rhiannon

This baby fired up nicely right out of the box and plays oh so nicely with my 2003 Sony 32 HDTV 1080i. I was fully up to date and running within 30 minutes. My house is prewired so it was incredibly easy for it to find the network and update the firmware. The N460 has a ton of network features beyond You Tube, Netflix, and Amazon VOD. Slacker Radio is very cool as are NPR Radio features. Some other features are not yet active but will only enhance content in the future. The blu-ray picture quality is fantastic watched Up, my wife was happy! Not sure how good of a job it does with upconversion so can t rate that. Now I just need my subwoofer for full theater experience. All in all, I did a lot of research too much and just bit the bullet as my other Sony products have treated me well. Best Buy has it for 199 with a free blu ray so very comparable to Amazon price. We ve had this unit up and working for 24 hours now, and we re having a blast. It took about 5 minutes to get the fleetwood mac the dance rhiannon firmware upgrade, and fleetwood mac the dance rhiannon 2 more to register the unit online. We were watching a movie 5 minutes after that. We are on a 5 mbs DSL line, and our movies stream without interruption, and with excellent picture quality. I don t know how to tell if I m getting HD or not we are still on a standard satellite rig, but the picture is better than I am getting out of my conventional DVD s. The Netflix is GREAT. Youtube works, but it s difficult to search for anything specific. Slacker internet radio is terrific, with limited commercials. WE NEED HULU! If they ll get Hulu on this gadget, I ll drop my satellite immediately. So this is my first experience with Netflix enabled devices, and I m not sure how it could be done better. I know there are other choices, including LG TV s, and standalone boxes like the ROKU. I ended up with this because I got a great fleetwood mac the dance rhiannon with a new Sony LCD. Combining the reputation of quality with Sony, and the ease I had making this work, well, Sony is hard to beat, again. We had Roku and loved it but our dvd player needed replacing so we found Sony BDP-N460 Blu-ray Disc Player. We are hard wired into the player so you would think things would run smoothly. When viewing Netflix movies, almost every one stops and we have to get out of it and then go back and hit resume. Sometimes the unit freezes and we have to unplug it then restart in order to finish viewing. My husband feels it is a NetFlix problem as this only happens with NetFlix. Me, I am not so anybody else having this problem? I would have given this 5 stars, but somehow I got the setup wrong and couldn t see a picture when playing blu-ray discs. Turns out there is a setting for 1080p/24 for true 24 fps that was on, but my television doesn t support it. Still not sure if that was the default or not which would not be a good choice, but either way the support line could not help me. Took me a day to figure it out. Also, as reported by someone else here there can be problems with NetFlix. In my case, it happens when trying to view NetFlix videos that are in HD. When I tried to watch an HD movie, the system constantly stops and re-buffers the stream. This never happened with my Roku after watching dozens of movies. The second one I tried worked fine, so there s a chance it was my cable connection, not the player. Despite these two issues, the player was easy to get set up, the blu-ray picture is awesome, and the Internet resources are a huge bonus. I waited a long time to upgrade to Blu-Ray. After reading several reviews for the Sony BDP-N460 and other players, I quickly realized this was not going to be a simple plug and play like the old DVD players. Three very important aspects and concerns of owning a Blu-Ray player became evident. 1st: Whichever Blu-Ray player I purchased would need a firmware or software update.
